1Do you provide any pick-up/shuttle service from the airport/train station/bus station to The 3 Sis?
Unfortunately, we do not provide any pick up service at this time. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused. To get to The 3 Sis, there are a number of taxis and red trucks available at the airport. It will cost you 120 THB (taxi), 100 THB (red truck) and it’ll take you around 15-20 minutes to get here. Please tell the driver that you are coming to "The 3 Sis hotel opposite to the Chedi Luang Temple" (In Thai - โรงแรมเดอะทรีซีส ตรงข้ามวัด เจดีย์หลวง).
2Do you provide early check-ins & late check-outs?
We generally do not offer early check-ins or late check-outs due to our limited availability. However, you may make a request at the reception. If rooms are available, check out between 12 noon - 6pm is charged 50% of the room rate; Check out after 6pm is charged 100% of the room rate.
3Can we leave our bags at The 3 Sis after checking-out?
Absolutely! We would be more than happy to keep your bags safe for you if you are leaving for overnight trips, waiting for check-in, waiting for you flight, etc.
4We have 2 Adults and 3 children. Do you have any family rooms available?
Unfortunately, we do not have any family rooms at this time. Our rooms are sized to accommodate 2 adults, but can accommodate up to a maximum of 3 adults if you book an extra bed (Children of age 8 and above will be counted as an adult). The price for an Extra Bed is 600 THB/room/night, includes 1 additional breakfast.
5Are there any parking spaces at The 3 Sis?
The hotel has no parking lot. However, you can park your car on the side of the street.
6What are the differences between your Vacation Lodge and Front Building rooms?
All our rooms have air conditioning, hot showers, hair dryer and mini fridge.
The differences are as follows:
1) Front Building rooms are located above our restaurant close to the street but sound proof windows had been installed.
2) The Vacation Lodge rooms are located in our main building further away from the street.
3) In terms of room size, rooms in the vacation lodge building are bigger than those in the front building.
4) The Vacation Lodge rooms are equipped with a private safe deposit box.
7Our flight is arriving late at night. Will we be able to check-in at 10.00 PM?
Our reception is open until 2.00 AM. However, please check-in as soon as possible, preferably before midnight, in case you need any additional help from the reception.
8How convenient in the transportation around The 3 Sis?
The 3 Sis is located in the heart of Chiang Mai’s old city. There are many great temples and restaurants within walking distance of The 3 Sis.
For general transportation within Chiang Mai, you may use the red trucks and tuk tuks. You can pick these up right in front of the temple across from The 3 Sis. The tuk tuks will charge around 60 to 100 THB and seats at most 3 people. The red trucks will pick up other customers along the way and charge around 30 THB/person.
The 3 Sis can help you arrange private taxis or red trucks to bring you to any destination or to stay with you for the entire day.
The 3 Sis is also in contact with outside car and motorcycle rental companies that can deliver the vehicle right at the hotel for you.
9Can you help us book tours, cooking classes, etc.?
Our reception has information about many of the tours in Chiang Mai. We would be happy to assist you in arranging these tours. Please contact our reception directly when you check in for additional information.
10We are leaving at 6.00AM, is it possible to have breakfast at that time?
Unfortunately, we cannot provide breakfast at 6.00 AM as our restaurant is not yet open. Our normal breakfast time is from 7.30 AM to 10.00 AM.
11Are street stall foods safe to eat?
The street stalls’ hygiene varies according to each owner. They are generally safe to eat but we advise you to use your own judgment to determine the hygiene. Please take note that slight stomach ache is quite normal if you are not accustomed to having food outside of your country.
